Our techs enjoy year round salary with 10hr work days during dig season and week on week off rotation in the off season.

Colors make a difference. The American Public Works Association (APWA) along with 811 have standardized the paint and flags used across the USA.
REMEMBER
You must hand dig within 18" either side of painted/flagged marks. Same goes for permanent structures i.e. hand holes, peds, transformers, risers etc.
